Aluminium TIG welding

Millennium Technical Services co has been involved in all kinds of aluminum TIG welding right from the inception of the company serving to the automobile industry for the repairs and maintenance of air conditioning pipes and condensers for the light and heavy automobile repairing companies.

Primary functionalities of TIG welding involves Stainless steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Inconel and etc. which are involved in aircraft, ship repairs and manufacturing of assemblies and parts scarce indigenously. MIG welding of Aluminium, Stainless steel and Mild steel are applied where in welding demands more quantum of welding process and in typical welding applications. Specialized materials like duplex and super duplex stainless steel are welded to rebuild and salvage the worn out damaged and corroded parts of marine applicable assemblies.

Brazing is a joining process wherein metals are bonded together using a filler metal with a melting (liquids) temperature greater than 450 °C (840 °F), but lower than the melting temperature of the base metal. Filler metals are generally alloys of silver (Ag), aluminum (Al), gold (Au), copper (Cu), cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) .Welding is a joining process wherein metallic components are joined through fusion (melting) or recrystallization of the base metal by applying heat, pressure or both . This process differs from brazing, where only the filler metal melts during processing.

We at Millennium Technical Services co, apply the Torch Brazing technique for the heat source of Brazing works. A heating source supplied by fuel gas flame is used for Brazing. Brazing lining for floating roof roller perimeter edges for oil tanks has been a success record to date for few oil storage tanks.
